Larry Collins. President of the Board of People of Purpose and Associates (POPA). POPA was created through a vision to reach, touch, and positively affect the lives of the people in our communities, one life at a time. 

Wendy Collins was born and raised in the northwest. Wendy loves Oregon for its beautiful and vibrant colors. She has been a pillar of the community. She loves her family and her friends. Wendy is looking forward to working with POPA  and seeing how we can make our cities beautiful again. She enjoys fishing as a hobby.

Owner of Safe transportation 

 Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Dawn enjoys helping people and making a positive impact in the lives of others in her community. Dawn loves spending time with her two children Emily and Terrence, who inspire her daily. in her free time, Dawn uses her positive attitude and tireless energy providing confidence and style to others through photography and fashion. 

Lawrence is dedicated to making a change in the lives of those in his community who face adversity and challenges daily, emphasizing on the houseless and special needs. In addition Lawrence is a passionate community servant with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals in identifying their potential to continue and share this passion to serve others.
